(Four)The situation that the competent department of agricultural mechanization at the provincial level in Yunnan Province clearly should not be put into the file.

Agricultural machinery production enterprises participate in the filing, requiring strict compliance with the filing regulations, and actively accept the supervision and inspection of relevant departments.
