The "Notice" clearly stated that the Guangxi agricultural machinery purchase subsidy product filing platform is open all the year round, and production enterprises can file at any time. The district agricultural machinery service center organizes experts to carry out formal review and announce the review results according to the actual situation.

The scope of the product should be included in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.2018-2020List of Subsidy Amount of Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy in(2020Annual Consolidation)"Products, if there is any adjustment, the latest announcement shall prevail.

The product shall have one of the following qualifications:

1.Obtain agricultural machinery test certificate(Agricultural machinery promotion identification certificate, special identification certificate).

2.Obtain compulsory product certification.

The relevant certificate of the product is valid and the information must be in."National agricultural machinery test appraisal management service information platform" on the public release.

If the product has one of the following circumstances, it shall not participate in the filing. If the file continues to be filed, the relevant enterprise shall be responsible for all losses arising therefrom.

1.Production enterprises, legal representatives, main employees and machines and tools included in the national blacklist database of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies.

2.Included in the national agricultural machinery purchase subsidy violation notification database and has not yet been restored or has been disqualified from subsidies.

3.The unqualified products in the announcement of the national product quality supervision and spot check.

In addition, enterprises also pay attention to the following requirements related to filing when filing:

1.The autonomous change of the minimum service quality of the wheeled tractor shall be certified by the original appraisal institution, and the change configuration and parameters shall be clearly defined.

2.Certification documents and Inspection Report issued by the original appraisal agency(Full page of seal of appraisal institution), need to be scanned and uploaded together with the promotion appraisal report.

3.The performance, structure, basic configuration and parameters, as well as price, etc. of the products to be filed shall meet the requirements of the grade to be filed, and shall not be filed to the grade with lower parameter requirements.

4.When filling in the filing parameters, the design values in the relevant report shall be filled in. If the relevant parameters in the report are range values, the corresponding grade shall be filled in at the lower limit of the range value.

5.In the uploaded photos of wheeled tractor products, if there is an optional safety frame configuration in the report, and the enterprise intends to declare the safety frame configuration subsidy, it must upload the side photos of the safety frame at the same time. The configuration of the weight in the photo of the wheeled tractor shall be at least consistent with the standard weight in the "Technical Specification Sheet of the Prototype" in the report.

6.The nameplate photo should be taken in kind on the product, and the nameplate should at least contain the name of the manufacturer, the address of the manufacturer, the name and model of the product, the factory number, the production date, the implementation standard and other information.

7.Enterprises must correctly select the product grade, truthfully fill in the product filing information, ensure that the product information is complete, accurate, true and effective, and bear the corresponding legal responsibility for the information filled in. For products that are incorrectly selected or do not fall within the scope of subsidies in our province, they will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.

9.New agricultural machinery products have at least one of utility model invention patents, complete machine invention patents, and scientific and technological achievements appraisal or evaluation certificates at or above the provincial level; obtain inspection and testing reports issued by qualified inspection and testing institutions in accordance with national, industry or enterprise standards, and the products have ex-factory certificates; provide agricultural machinery appraisal, promotion, and scientific research units at or above the county level(Field)The product must be fixed in a clear position with a permanent nameplate marked with information such as the manufacturer, product name and model, factory number, production date, etc.
