(II)Interpretation of the relevant implementation requirements of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by the People's Republic of China Solid Waste and the Letter of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Printing and Distributing the Technical Guidance on the Mechanized Harvest of Food Crops;
(Three)Implementation and operation of agricultural machinery scrap update subsidy software;
(Four)Introduction of practical operation experience of enterprises engaged in scrapping and dismantling of agricultural machinery;
(Five)Some provinces, cities and counties implement work experience exchange, question answering and discussion.
The training course will invite senior experts in agricultural mechanization-related fields and experts with rich experience in agricultural machinery scrapping and renewal subsidies to teach relevant topics.
